Do not be cheated by bestbuy offers and contests !. Review on 100Bestbuy

Bestbuy is a fraud website...you are asked to guess number of dancing mobile phones and then asked to pay Rs. 599 through credit or debit card...though the offer looks very attractive on the surface, if you read the terms and conditions closely, you will find that you only end up wasting good money on useless products...

I am always quite sceptical of such offers and contests...and my disbelief escalated further when I saw that they are offering Iphone worth 35K for Rs. 599/-...Dear friends, if something looks too good to be true, it is probably not true...

So I did not pay anything and exited from the website immediately...I am not a gullible fool to give my credit / debit card info to such dubious websites...

The next day I got call from some executive (she only told me she is calling from Bangalore) telling me that I have won the contest (inspite of not paying any amount)...and if I pay Rs. 599, I will get the Iphone...i told them I am not interested...

I also checked on the internet...there are hundreds of gullible or plain foolish people who have been cheated out of their hard-earned money by bestbuy...They end up paying to enter the contest and then receive calls telling them that they have won some nice product and have to pay further courier charges...but the product that they actually get is either substandard, inferior or used...its value is much less then all the money they have already spent...

The company does not refund the money and instead asks them to return the product and use the points in purchasing some other equally inferior product...it is nothing but a scam to make money out of easily fooled people whose greed (for expensive products) overcomes their caution...

It only proves the old hindi adage "bewakufon ki kami nahin hai...ek doondo toh hazaron milenge"!!!
