I also had an unpleasant encounter with them. Thankfully, it was a COD order. For two weeks it kept showing the delivery as the next day. Finally, I realised it was fake and called them out on their Instagram and left a comment. They deleted my comment and messaged me on WhatsApp, threatening me tha...t they would sue me for leaving that comment :-O They completely refused to acknowledge that there was anything wrong in being given a new delivery date everyday and said they were not responsible for how their courier partner chose to delay items. They said all the reviews on Mouthshut are fake and they are having them systematically removed. That probably explains why there are so few negative reviews....they simply use a hacker to delete them. (From their own account).
Fake or legit, one thing is for sure, it's UNPROFESSIONAL with PATHETIC customer service. There are several other similar websites, and even Amazon has the same products for about Rs 200 or Rs 300 more. Better order through that and save your money.
