Artha Neo project at Hoskote near Bangalore Indian Real Estate - Bangalore
I can see lots of mail regarding latest update on this... Till now nothing is done... No approval. Again they promised a new date to me to provide all the docs which was 15 Aug. Now they are saying that artha aurum which is a premium project of artha neo, they will not put any boundary around the... layout and regarding club house also they are now not saying any thing. When I booked plot there they promised all the things to me... May be I booked long ago ... Almost 2 years back that's why they don't remember anything now. 2 of my friends already taken back the booking amount from them. Even I am planning now to take some decision... Not sure what is going on, but have full doubt on legality of land. I am trying to get details from local people ... Will update you guys soon on that...Read More

Artha Properties Customer Service Indian Real Estate - Bangalore
I have booked a plot in Artha and my experience is not at all good. Once you book the plot or villa they wil never call or update you the things... Specially related to project completion, approval status and plan. People working in artha themselves give contradictory statements about completion dat...e, club house, parks etc.., Specially mangers like Saurabh, Nishanth and Cynthia. Please think twice before locking your hard earn money in any of artha properties... Still not sure how times of India related company is so bad in project and customer thing... Still, approval is not done. Looks like something is really wrong there. Not even Artha management is saying anything. Few people figured out that there is some issue between land owners and Artha which is causing this delay. Things looks really fishy to me... Now they have shared few legal documents with some of the site owners, but complete approval documents are not there, and again my site number is changed!!! I have told them that till march end I can wait after that I will cancel my booking. Now they gave me new approval date 'Feb End' .... I ca...n see a new township coming in hoskote... Kiko, don't believe on any builder for property documents validty. They will never say that you should go for recheck of documents... In aurum layouts i can see multiple khata details... Please check for khata details of your site and go for verification...
Rinuthomas, my experiences with artha is not at all good. From day one they r not giving correct details to anyone. I have 3 different layout plans from artha executives, every time i can see park and common locations are reducing and new sites have been added. i am listing different stories from ...them from June 2013, till now they don't have any approval for layout. i have blocked my money only because it is related to times group. if you are interested, please go for any approved layout from artha or any other builder, since you will have an approved layout plan and builder can never cheat you with false promises... Satya, what they said about club location and size of it. New layout plan which they shared with me, don't have any mention about the club house. As per earlier club house location they showed 2 new 30*40 sites. i m sure they are going to cheat all of us regarding size, location of club house.... Raghu, even i gave 30% of advance in June 2013 and they have taken that amount also. They are not giving clear details about the layout plan, nala, and club location... This is third time they have changed my site no... From 15th Aug they are saying that next month they will provide approved layou...t plan and legal documents for my lawyer verification. Now it is Jan 2014... Same way shamelessly they are saying max Next month they will get approvals from bmard Hoskote. from Dec 2013 they r forcing me sign agreement with them without seeing approved layout plan...n i strictly told them that without seeing approved i will not sign any agreement. My main concern is club house location and electric poles which they have in layout... Yesterday when i called them they told for Aurum phase 1 and 2... They are planning to have single club house, from day one they are not stick to the layout plan and words... I will wait more 2 months for layout approval... Otherwise i will cancel my booking. @Sampathblore, Sorry i missed amenities things. They have promised Club House, parks, Water and power Supply, Sewage, Common area lighting, security to me. I had lots of doubts on park in the society, they told me that according to BMRDA for layout min 45% should be used for common area like roads,... club house and parks... hope it will be TRUE!!! @mano26, even I have same information bank list which they told to me are IndiaBulls, ICICI and Axis. Same launch date (21st Sept) they told to me also (FCFS). @Sampathblore, Last to last weekend I went to the site place. now they have proper board and connecting road to the project. Not sure about... current state. Feb-March for Aurum they started with 1300rs per Sq now they are telling 1800. If you negotiate I am sure they will come down. Read More
Some more latest information, Artha Neo 'Aurum' is now approved from BMRDA-HPA(Hoskote Planning Authority). They got approval for initially 10 acres for 140 sites and rest of 5 acres approval is under process. Sept 21 is the final launch date and sites will be located on first come first basis not... by chit system as they were telling earlier. After seeing all these things, approved plan and papers I have booked a 30x40 site in Aurum. If anyone else did the same or planning to do please comment and share your exp...Read More

Now things are looking more clear in Artha Neo 'Aurum' project. It is about 2+Km from the NH4 junction (near bridge) and located near to Al-Ameen school BMTC bus stop. They have put project board now, so no more confusion for the location. They have marked the project boundaries but site marking is ...not yet done and road is also under construction. Read More

Beware of buying LG Nexus 4 mobile LG Nexus 4
I have used this phone for almost 3-4 months, I have not seen any issue as such, only for me build quality is big problem. Looks like its a service center issue not phone. You can try LG Customer Care I am sure you will get your problem resolve very soon.

I have booked a plot in Artha Neo recently @1500 per sq rate at Aurum project(Hoskote-Mallur road), they are charging 21K for initial booking amount and said that in-case you don't like the property/plot you will get full money back I feel Artha is a known name in Real Estate world, if they have ...to cheat they should have been ask at least 1L as a booking amount (like other builders). Still not sure about the project and builder, in-case you are TRUE, I will cancel my plot booking and hopefully will get 21K back (as mentioned in terms and conditions) .Read More
