Didnt I warn you ? (Look before you leap) When the service at sales is this bad just imagine the post sales service. The ruffians are going to ruin the car. I got a grease stained interior after my first service which I had to argue over to get it cleaned. I was told that cleaning interior was ...chargeable extra. Imagine paying up for cleaning their muck. My vehicle has gone for the second round of service and I am very tensed. Life is a constant war with Hyundai dealer / service. If there is a ranking for the worst service Hyundai will be win LSB. Then forget your 2K bonus. Its 6 months now and I have not seen the 10K exch bonus. I have sent many mails to the Company no one responds. They have bit into something larger than they can chew. The only solace to our woes is the vehicle. It realy is a good vehicle.Read More
