My laptop was in not under warranty.Are you dell service centre person no , it is 17000 ,Don make statements for heck of it.These are hard facts.Kindy refrain on commenting on stuff which you have no idea about.

Do not buy dell, 3 of us bought dell inspiron 1525 together, two from retail one direct from dell. In one the HDD crashed after 3 month , in Other two battery not charging issue happened after 1 year.
