Very True Jchhavi. No offence but the customer service in India itself is not given the due respect and importance. Somehow they want get the show go on. Not just the one place majority of the places, they are keen about getting business and their money but don't offer the service that equals their ...demand of fees and service charges. Ultimately having given our money we remain fools looking at their response and services would do some good some day. Whether it makes a difference or not, I would dare to question and demand and stop not... only when we start questioning their system and service, they atleast know where they stand.Read More
