Thanks aduraibabu, I really appreciate you also.Completed 6600 km. This bike gives me the confidence of driving because 1. perfect breaking system - It would never allow the back tire goes to front while breaking. 2. Very Comfort - I have modified the seat by reducing the height of seat and filli...ng with extra double layer cushion and modified the handle position much nearer to me by using hooks. 3. Night drives - I changed the bulb with some other brand since I use grey- yellow specs at night. 4. Definitely mileage. - Long drives at 50-55 kmph speed, I get 65 + . 5. 6th gear- This is the main key of this bike. - utter smooth. OMG. It takes from 30 kmph. No complaints.Read More

done the second service yesterday. Engine is smooth. No vibration at any speed. Reaches above 80kmph smoothly. Modified the seat width. Mileage is still same. Good Suzuki Service center at Trivandrum. Recently my friend has got Apache 160. He and me really felt the difference from GS. The only plu...s that apache may have is Power. Nothing else. I only thank Suzuki for this awesome machine.Read More

Try to drive at 6th gear. If you want more mileage, don't accelerate more than 4000 rpm up-to 4th gear. These gears , really consumes fuel. And don't drive below 2000 rpm on any gear. Don't go above 5000 rpm up to first 1800 km. This step is very essential. I think, your problem will be resolved aft...er first service.Read More

Hi @venukgk I appreciate you for selecting the right bike. this is my review page about GS. http://www.mouthshut.com/review/Suzuki-GS150R-review-qtqsplmnur About mileage. I fill for 300 Rs/- and able to ride a minimum of 270 km. Petrol cost is 75.96 Rs/L- Means - 68 kmpl. I used to go 50- 58 ...kmph only through highway. But whenever, I go above that , it consumes more fuel. Second service is not done yet. Any way, welcome to GS family.Read More

Nothing can replace GS 150R. It has a position in the market as unicorn has. The drive satisfaction that GS gives me is awsome. By introducing Gixxer, if the service center of suzuki increases, that is acceptable. We always welcome Suzuki.

Its 6 day after I purchased my beast. Yesterday night I filled petrol for 100 and completed 50 km.Means half journey is left. Till now total 600 Rs petrol. Covered 509 km. Between 48 -52 kmph, I can feel a very slight vibration. After 52Kmph, no vibration. It was from the beginning. Does anybody... feel this ? @Mahulikar: thanks for information. I think, I can follow you. Its pleasure to see that , whoever takes a bike in 150cc category wisely, definitely go for GS 150R.Read More

I loved the engine sound of GS. But still the first service is not over. So I cannot go over 50kmph. Once it crossed, I too prefer to go in your range. Let me update now. Its 5 days after I purchased my GS. I fill petrol for 100 RS only now for daily 100km. I don't know, how its happening , but i...t is true. Definitely needs to say, mileage is above 60 if we ride smoothly. I will update again after my first service.Read More

I bought this Beast on 6- Jan -2014. And today is 8-Jan-2014. Its 255 km covered. I took nearly 4 months research for selecting a bike. My criteria were good comfort, sufficient mileage, less vibration and good look. At last the short listed two were GS 150R and Unicorn. Definitely Unicorn...Read more

Perfect bike for long drive. Amazing comfort. Loved it. Those who prefer to buy a 150cc bike, test drive it and decide. I didn't like the design of this vehicle. Its outdated. I used to go on Unicorn to office which is 50 km far. So daily 100km. I used to get mileage above 68- 70 range on hig...Read more
