Very Very Bad Experience with Flipkart.

W.r.t my above post. Then Flipkart team again get active and called me many time and asked about only my issue. After that I received email from Flipkart 20.11.2016 mentioned that within 4 working days Flipkart will arrange to solve my problem. But no one came to pick-up my machine. But i received... 2-3 times call from Flipkart and they were again asking about my problem only. Surprisly I got a call on 05.12.2016 from a person show mentioned himself as a team member of Social media of Flipkart and he once again asked same question that if I allow then he will raise return invoice. I was totally shocked after hearing same question more than 20 times. Suddenly , 16.12.2016 I received an eamil from Flipkart mentioned that Flipkart ''Replacement of the product request you had raised for the above mentioned product. We request you to kindly wait on or Before 23/12/2016 the product will be pick up & deliver on the same date will be arranged'' . I again surprised that, I requested for either return or to change my defective part of the machine, i never requested for replacement. On 18.12.2016 , I commented on Facebook page of Flipkart and again social team of Flipkart get active and talked to me in this regard and they talked inline with earlier ' Rajiv , if you want Flipkart will raise return invoice for ur machine. From last 2 months i m getting fooled by Flipkart by using same line they are raising invoice for return of machine. Flipkart do not want to solve my problem, they are just making me fool my making fake call and fake assurance. From last 2 month I am only getting date and time for pick up my machine, but no one came for same. I have completely lost faith in Flipkart and their product. I have already lost my valuable time and a big amount due to Flipart assurance other than my blockage amount that had already been paid to flipkart of Rs. 28,240/- my problem is still unresolved.Read More
