you seem to be a paid by casa to write this review. Case is a total fraud company. I am planning to sue them in consumer court soon over their lies.

Casa Retreat is a fraud company. I took their package for 18 days and I am suffering till date. I am posting some of their lies which they promised to me 1- I was told that I would get complimentary breakfast wherever I stay but when I booked my holiday I found that I have to pay for the breakfast... 2- I was told that I would get 30% discount on the food bills (any restaurant) but when I booked my holiday I found that the discount is only 20% and only applicable to the hotel where I was staying where the food was very costly 3- I applied for reimbursement of food bills and I was told that I would get the reimbursement in 1 month and I have not received the reimbursement even after 2 months. I have sent four mails but I have not received any response from them. I call their office but nobody picks up the phone. I am not posting more unpleasant experiences for lack of time. Please stay away from this company. Lies...Lies and tons of lies. This is a fraud and very unprofessional company. They behave nicely with you until you take their package. Once you take the package, you will rue your decision.Read More
