The product which I received was wrong in size.I am unable to register complaint. I  tried calling at their customer care but call disconnected after long hold. Only shop and receiving of product is not worth while online shopping, If you don't get the support then it's really waste of money ...Read more

I wrote good comments after discussion with some back-end person, Again i want to take my words back, Apologies to all of followers. I don't know WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY i again get trapped.I tried using below pepper points after long frustrating experience other wise these will be expire with 15 days b...ut again i came to know about one more worst policy while shopping with pepperfry. Points which i got after order cancellation which has been done by PEPPERFRY not by me, They don't even think to talk with customer that we need to cancel the order due to stock over. Now when i am trying to order something else i need to pay shipping charges again and 15rs more That i came to know from customer-care person JACOB, Just go through my conversation, Me: I told Who cancel the order Pepperfry : That has been cancelled by Pepperfry after 10-15 days waiting because stock was over. ME: Ok, When i will get the money back. PEPPERFRY: Sir money comes back to you account as a pepperfry Points + 59 shipping charges also as pepperfry points.You have to use that within 15 days other wise you will left your points. ME: Why 15 days PEPERFRY: This is the policy we can't help.(But someone from backend may increase validy that he don't told) ME: OK, While shopping i used pepperfry points but still i have to pay 79rs again. PEPPERFRY: This is our policy you have to pay shipping charges and 15 extra again,If need to buy anything. ME: You can reverse shipping charge as pepperpoints but i can't use that for paying shipping charges plus why i will pay 15rs again as i have more that 30 pepperfry points left in my account. PEPPERFRY: Sir i can't help you this is policy. Now friends you tell me how can i say that it's good to shop with Pepperfry and there is no need to worry because your money is safe in pepperfry hands. Read More

I already sent mail to DTDC but no reply till now. DTDC is choice of pepperfry not mine.They need to contact and resolve this issue.The thing which i can do is to inform Pepperfry that what issue there costumers are facing due to there Courier partner. R U from pepperfry?

(Complaint No:-531212) As per given deadline by you, If reverse pic-up will not be done by today EOD then you will cancel the order and proceed for refund.This is to inform you that nobody came for reverse pickup till now.
