Guess you are a regular customer there. Today I'd stopped over to buy some items for lunch. I had a file containing some printouts I had taken from a nearby cybercafe and a small packet containing other things that I had bought from another shop. Kept both of them in the self-service counter at the ...entrance and went inside. After shopping and paying the bill, when I came to the counter, they weren't there. This 'Veerappan' had moved them to a different place by then. When I enquired, he rudely asked and almost yelled at me if I had any sense in keeping the file there. I was shocked at the way he was raising his voice at a customer and couldn't react immediately. I explained to him that I was aware of its importance when I had left it there and if it wasn't supposed to be kept there, he should have told me when I went in. I decided not to have an argument with him at that time. After reaching home, I called up the owner Binu, and made a formal complaint about his behaviour. But the incident ruined my day!Read More

You will find excellent bakery products and fresh stock in the shelves. But Customer Service needs a lot of improvement. Beware of the watchman with Veerappan-like moustache posted at the exit.
