Dear Yash [yashpallicha880], Have gone through the process of grievance officer at Apollo Munich and IRDA. Both have have given a closure note which was not in my favour. The current status being that my case is with the Insurance Ombudsman and their backlog is of three months due to elections... etc and hence expecting an appointment from them for a hearing in the next month.
