I would agree, I faced the same issue after shifting my house, they came to my house to install the dish, but could not figure out where to put it as there was another building next to if. After that I never heard from them, when I called them up to say I want to cancel my subscription, they say tha...t you keep the digicomp and whenever you want it activated, just give us a call.
