1.)do you have website hosted with them?
2.)have you paid money and got bad service? any proof you can share with online community people to us?
you both mentioned...you guys went for chat and they asked... phone number and they responded to your call.
so whats the problem here?

i see you belong to chennai.if you are a real customer as you claim here,if you have problem why dont you visit directly their office in chennai and sort it out.

10years they run the company and provide consistent service.
There are few companies like sify/net4india/rediff/indiatimes are running the way siliconhouse does.

Mr gitesh agarwal...went on in an personal attack mode with siliconhouse and its staff and the companies MD ,but i being a customer of siliconhouse for more than 6 years..i found his comments are absolute lie...nothing more than using this mouthshut.com site to personal attacking a company and its M...D.First of all i came to know gitesh did not paid for the domain name on time..his domain got expired..and went for redemption period..as he claims here..there is no lady house in any numbers given in siliconhouse.all number are working fine and we call that number everyday for service.secondly the truth is gitesh did not paid for space at all.siliconhouse has given webspace free of cost for his consultancy site.he paid only for the domain and he enjoy free hosting courtesy siliconhouse.but surprise and surpise he complain about siliconhouse and the MD Attitude.DO U COME ACROSS ANY HOSTING COMPANY GIVING FREE HOSTING FOR A CUSTOMER?aapart from free hosting. gitesh i came to know he never create tickets for support..%0d%0a%0d%0ahow a company of 50000 sites can give service if he dont follow a simple method of creating tickets..for his problems..even though the hosting space is given free of cost.gitesh..i think you must be having loads of attitude to go personal attack on a companies MD who manages 50000, clients for about 10 years.tell me how many years you run your company?and how many customers you handle?pls do think about yourself before you point finger at others..dont go personal attack on somebody and mislead mouthshut viewrs.they given back your domain name....and they have given you free hosting..they iam pretty much sure 1 million percent will give u service if you post a ticket... dont believe in your review at all..its absolute lie n used this space for ur personal attack.dont ever do this again..thanks and take care.Read More
