Could you help me with the name of the Italian Restaurant in the E / B (Not Sure) Block Market of GK? The block which has a lot of Fab India stores. Its pretty much at the corner. Thanks.

The Daal Makahani at Copper Chimney is amazing as well. Try it when around in Mumbai. Is there a Copper Chimney Outlet in Delhi?

gonewiththewind Thanks for stopping by. When you mentioned about not being wasteful with water even while brushing your teeth, it brought smile to my face as I think about it every time I am brushing mine. Yes, boond boond hi sagar banta hai.

I completely understand the challenge you must have faced. I have gone through EXACTLY the same challenge last year and took the issue more as a feedback right up to the Corporate office of Blue Dart in Mumbai.
The feedback I had basicaly shared was to be sensitive towards the needs o...f a customer specially in cases like you. I stay in a village on the outskirts of Mumbai and physical connectivity is a challenge here as well.
Couple that with working hours and the lack of my or any other family member's unavailability at home, and you have a BIG problem on your hands. Thats where you expect a company like Blue Dart to come up with a solution, a samadhan!
I am sending a copy of this link to Soniya Nair, Head of Customer Service for Blue Dart, and will be happy to mark you a copy if you provide your email address.
Soniya and Peter (the gentleman incharge of Operations) are wonderful people and am sure with feedback from more customers like you will be happy to consider a change in processes.

However, there are some good things to pick up from what the West or The East is doing. As long as it drives the message and the point home, god for all.
Also, Dr. Pa...chauri, whom I mentioned in my Diary, is very much an Indian and a co-receipient of the Nobel Peace Prize as well along with Vice President Gore.
