Yesterday I faced a very bad experience at my flat, where Burglar showed there skills by looting our belongings patiently.The incident was done on July 10, 2019 in between 7am to 5: 30pm when no body was at home. Robbers looted our gold which was there in the cubbured's locker. Main door was broken each and every cubbured's of the rooms were searched.There is a complete failure of security which is been provided for society. I am paying society maintenance which includes security charges as well. I filed the FIR on the same day. Please suggest what can be done in this case.

When the possession was delayed by 1 year, we thought that it must be due to some problem that they were facing in construction but now has been years and we don’t know what to do.

The maintenance charges of this building are really high and it is just not worth it! The amenities that they provide are also not in unison with the high fee!

These people have not left any moment to charge us extra. Right from the booking to the time of possession and now the maintenance fee, everything is extraordinarily high.

Horrible area to live in! Transportation is so difficult from this place; especially if you travel by train! Also since the area is remote, it is very scary to travel alone even in the evenings!

Spaze tower builders are from same league of crook builders in market.

After 3 yrs no investor get productive outcome.Moreover they drag their investors in court.

Booked one office space with this group in october 2014 in spaze tristar in secror 92 with assued returns , till date there are no problems with my cheques , alway received all cheques well in advance , construction work is also started at the site , pvr is also signed by them , so I am happy with the pace of constrution and group , I hape I will get my office space in next three to four years , I look forward more investment with this group in near future , I have invested with them after doing complete survey with other builders in gurgaon , but I found that spaze has good experience in office space construtions so I went with them

This project closed to all daily uses shopping like the mall, food, etc.this project close to NH8 easy way to go delhi and other states. So my survey it's very beautiful for every type of persons.so buy now.
