In all probability Shapoorji Pallonji is going the Unitech way. Very soon they will be in the news for all the wrong reasons. They are now behaving like professional cheaters. Apart from delay in handover of apartments, recently it has been revealed that they have even tampered with the agreed upon clauses of the “Tripartite Agreement” or other legal documents for Sukhobristi Phase-9. Individuals like one Mr Sabyasachi Chatterjee and Ms Mahua Mustafi located at its Salt Lake regional office are doing all these mischief. Quality of construction at “Sukhobristi” is also deteriorating in every phase.

Everyone today is working extremely hard to provide good livelihood to their loved ones. Investing in property is one such asset for your loved ones. All the hard earned money of the middle class individuals goes in vain when there is delay in construction, delay in possession by the so called reputed builders.

CAUTION AND ALERT: SHAPOORJI MASS HOUSING CRISIS!

It's by far going to be the worst real estate crisis that's struck more then 10000's of home-buyers of Sukhobrishti, Shapoorji in Kolkata. Most Important is that all the buyers are either from middle class or economically backwards family.They have already paid 95% of their hard earned money as flat's price.Delivery deadlines got already over, but still Bengal Shapoorji Housing Pvt. Ltd. is giving false promises

It's a completely hopeless situation for all those who have invested their hardearned money for dream homes. People who have already invested thr life long hard earned has left with no choice but to commit suicide. It's been more than 1 year no progress has been seen construction work as well as no communication from Bengal Shapoorji Paloonji. Feeling hopeless .

CAUTION and ALERT: While Shapoorji Pallonji is going to build only 1000 thousand flats in phase 8 in New town, Kolkata, but they fooled public by placing frequent whole front page ads in leading newspapers and sold lakhs of application kits priced at Rs 800/- each( non refundable) . Not even 0.1% of applicants have been allotted the flats through their so called lottery by Shapoorji Pallonji . The rest 99.9% applicants have been defrauded of Rs 800/- each. Moreover they took deposit of Rs one lakh during application, which they refunded only after four months to the unsuccessful applicants, thus again defrauding the interest amount on Rs one lakh for four months. If Shapoorji Pallonji can build only one thousand flats, why they sold lakhs of application brochures at Rs 800 a piece, and took one lakh rupees from each of the lakhs of applicant? Its high time that the govt acts stringently against such fraudulent and illegal business practices of this fraud builder company Shapoorji Pallonji, whose main business is not to build apartment buildings, but to make money by luring and cheating gullible public by their fraudulent lottery schemes held periodically under names such as SP sukhobristi phase 8. I advice the public to be beware and avoid any such fraudulent schemes of this fraud builder Shapoorji Pallonji in future which they will start again under the name of "SP Sukhobrishti Phase 9 Maha Dhamaka limited time offer of flats at unbelievable low price".
