Worst after sales service by CRM team. They don’t allow customer visits, just ask for money.

If we call site engineers they just tell we are tired going up & down and will not show ur flat. Flat owner is my father and they tell, we don’t allow aged persons. They tell any useless and new reasons just to avoid customer contact.

Think before investing in Itrend group.

Before purchase they talk nicely and after purchase, ‘who the hell are you’ is the attitude.

I booked a flat in Sahil Properties and i am quite amazed with the overall experience I got. Right from my initial visit they ensured that I was given priority and one of their Sales staff Shweta explained me in details abt the property. I liked the location and price was in budget and I decided to book it. The entire process went seamlessly fine and I'm quite satisfied with the service and attention provided. I wouldn't recommend others to go for this builder since their service and construction quality is exceptional. 5 star to Sahil Properties.. ??

It was good to meet with best builder in Pune who understands and try to fulfill what the customer is looking for. I myself went to check the 2 bhk flat at the place. The quality is fantastic and what I liked is that everyone will talk to you politely is what it is now rare to see.

I got the property of my own now in Pune. Thank to Saheel properties and team.

They are trained liars.



  1. For parking they promised me for large parking under building but handed over the parking where pipe are obstructing.



  2. For quality big 0



  3. They said monthly you will get approx 1500 maintenance because we have 550 soldout flat but I bet they have had lied.

Society with no proper corporation water connection which initially while doing sales marking he clearly mentioned that there would be boring plus water connection would be applied with PMRD but both promises were fake. Moreover he changed these statement which were initially in the agreement later.

Also for me the apart from quality and above issue, the parking assigned to me is having water pipe and I would never be able to use it properly and there is always chance of damage.

There are many cases where the buyers are misled on the details pertaining to the amenities and it is later that they are actually informed on the amenities that are not totally free for a lifetime. Hence it is because of some of these reasons that the buyers are not able to fully avoid such property details.
