First things first, this project's infrastructure is by no means excellent. Rustomjee Developers made a big deal about their project being among the greatest in the real estate sector, but it falls far short of their expectations. My realization that there are numerous problems with the management and the builder came after moving into this housing complex. In comparison to the amenities and services provided in this complex, the maintenance fees are relatively high.

The biggest scam I have been a victim of is purchasing a home with Rustomjee Constructions. I was under the impression that moving into this project would be a fresh new start to my housing experience but it was completely the opposite. I have been facing numerous troubles each day with my home and things within the complex. The water and plumbing work in my apartment is a mess. There are days when the entire complex has to face water shortages. The infrastructure is not great and within a year, the paint of the building has started to wear off. Don't even think of buying a home with Rustomjee Constructions.

This builder are cheaters. what they promise, they don't provide to customer. When you ask for refund they will talk rudely if even you have genuine reason. quality delivery is just hell. Do not be trapped in talk. Beware! Avoid buying properties from them.

I daily pass through this premises as my road to college is a shortcut from the entrance and exit of this huge rustomjee project.

Firstly, I would like to say the infrastructure is very good. Nice rooms and towers, cleanliness and tidy surroundings, roads are also good and tree plantation in rows and road sides and huge space between the buildings.

Now the problems there are, no proper water supply. Tankers are called to fill up the water in the buildings storage in this premises. During rainy season, roads are flooded because no proper drainage system is there. Electricity problem is also there at times. No supermarket or grocery market nearby, you have to go to station for buying something, which is 1.5km away from this. You should think before investing here.
