We have booked apartment from Magnolia Empire on March, 2022.At the time of selling the site executive of Magnolia empire said that they will handover the project at the end of 2023. Now they are saying that they will handover it at the end of 2024. Even After repeatedly sending them mail, we did not get a single reply of mail. After calling them, their manager 'Kathakali' said that, we can not give you the compensation for 1 year extra delay for 1 year extra EMI and room rent. At the selling time everyone have a target to sell, our employees also have. So we can not do anything. Anyone, reading this comment please suggest us what to do now. Shall we take any legal action against them, as we have video recordings of the site executive telling us about the project handover time. We captured everything in the video.

By my experience, Its the worst com I ever seen.

They will make false statement during sale, after sale they totally disagree with their promise, they will tell you we never tell like that, like a daku.

Tenants are treated as unwanted fourth class citizen here and bachalors are not allowed at all.Tenants are not allowed to use society eminities like gym, swimming pool....Notices are sent repetedly to bachalors to leave the socity untill they leave.Build quality is very poor, owners took legal action against builder for selling poor quality construction and charging high maintenance charge.Flat owners collect huge amount of "refundable" security deposit from tenants at the time of giving rent, but do not return it back in the name of repairing the flat.

Professional developers. Good quality properties. Did see a few negative comments about the developer and so was a little skeptical to start with. But then as we visited some of the sites of their ongoing projects and some completed ones, all our worries had gone away. The Magnolia people explained every project we visited with great patience. And I thought these projects are really good whether you are looking for self stay or an investment option.

This is cheating company. Never think of buying a flat from this devilish company.Look into the consumer court cases against this company. This company cheats by giving less area, fake sanction plan, fake occupancy certificate and low quality materials. These devils sell garage space without demarcation and documentation, even one garage space to many customers. They make Sale Deed with incorrigible mistakes and adding detrimental clauses to the customers. Their business is looting people's hard earned money. Be warned to stay away from these cheats. They have made many people's lives miserable. They are dangerous for the society.

Visited the property recently. Its a nice project and the apartments are good. I feel it will be a good investment. The Magnolia people are cordial and helpful. I recommend this project.

We have booked 2 separate 3BHK flat last year, which was promised by Mr. Suryanil Saha (manager) to be delivered by 2023. So we advanced an amount of 1lacs .However we got to know from other sources, Magnolia is not taking up the project as it was not sanctioned under HIRA. So wanted to them to refund our advanced amount.its been 8months , they has not initiated the process of refund.They even disconnect our call these days. Once they are done with you they show no interest in your property. Magnolia is a big Cheat fund raising organisation.Please don't buy flats from them.

This is a big cheat company. You will know him after delivery of flat. There building materials quality is worst. There maintenance cost is highest. They were unable to give electricity connection after one year of delivery of flat.

Its located nearby barasat railway station. Its well built, furnished but noise is a concern over here as because its a ver busy railway junction, down Sealdah up bongaon and other lines are routed through here so train is running very frequently.But marketplace is very near to the location and other services are also reachable and convenient
