I am not sure which matters to you for your goodwill and eventually SBP as national brand - customer's experience OR big hoardings with self- acclaimed reputed builders.

My experience has been so worse that I have reached at a regretful stage. It's been a year.. it should be so embarrassing for you that despite you have so many layers of positions to resolve customer's issue; I am as customer is figuring out to reach out to top with my real issue with your team. No support, false promises and no response despite being paid by you to do the job.

Please see if you can make your team to work on providing me Third-part Agreement and mortgage permission.

Beware of fraud company in Mohali. 16 lakhs paid still they do not share receipts and when we visited actual flat it was sold to new buyer when we approached them they says your money is forfeited. They are big crooks never deal with them for any further assistance or to join me please connect 9794644588

ALERT MSG TO ALL

SBP is totally fraud company..never ever buy flats or anything from this fraud company. They do not do registery of property even after taking full and final payment. They show u any mistake in ur documents and ask for extra money for registration process. I request you all people that never deal with this company otherwise ur lifetime money will be in danger.

Very poor service. It's very disappointing. We bought a 2BHK flat in sector 116 city of dreams in 2017 but its construction is still ongoing. According to our agreement, the project was supposed to be completed before December 2018 but now its been more than a year. Whenever we ask questions regarding the completion of the project, but people don't give any response. We visited the construction site in December 2019 and there had been no progress at all. It was exactly the same as it was in june 2019. Our experience with SBP has been really bad.

Very poor experience, they are not refunding my booking amount. I don't want to proceed with them because my bank told I am not eligible for loan. I asked for refund of booking amount they refused and said amount is now gone in company account we cant process refund. I am planning to file Case against them.
