More worst experiences. Booked OLA cab,
1) Friday night, Driver called, asked for drop location, then he was interested in that location so he said, 'Sir Tyre punctured, cant come, you cancel the trip. I refused to cancel'.
2) Next day ride at a premium cost X 2 times fare, I called driver as the...re was no response for 10 mins. Driver asked for drop location, not interested in that direction for 10 km, he asked me to cancel ride, I refused. Then I got call from OLA to inform that the driver has cancelled the ride saying that customer requested for cancellation. Next provided driver came 30 mins later as driver accepted ride and went for lunch. For all this mess OLA charged me 2 times the fare called peak hour charge.Read More

In Bangalore OLA is always available but most of the TATA indica cab quality is very bad and poor(not all).
OLA shoud get rid of all the old cabs, some even have torn seats and all cab shaking with AC not working.
After many months I found one bad driver, otherwise others are good.
