Coming to the Service,I gave my car for the first two services.They never had rectified the problems apart from the normal servicing in both the services.I've listed four problems and I noticed they weren't resolved after the service infact they became more.I gave them my car at around 10 AM in the ...morning and when I went to collect it at 7 PM(they called up to collect) it wasn't ready.I made it washed and wiped properly by forcing the people there.They got it ready at 8:30 without resolving any of the problems mentioned. 1.Wiper problem became more after servicing. 2.They literally fooled me with auto lock thing which is not working properly.. 3.Noise levels were high after the serrvicing. 4.Spoiler not fixed properly. Nothing was taken care despite of many requests except oil change and water wash. There are few more things for which i don't have time and patience to mention.If you are concerned and need a better understanding on this please call me anytime and i will explain better. After reading few of your comments on the other reviews I felt that you might be the biggest fan of Mr.Mahesh or you might be the luckiest one who got good service from him.People who write reviews here are not fools and will not waste their time in wring something against somebody unless they have experienced the same.One must have respect towards other's feelings and should understand properly what they want to convey rather than pointlessy supporting the other side. Finally for your info,Ford India didn't cancel or withdrawn that midnight sale offer and people are getting their gifts except few like me who got expensive thing.If it was a razor blade or shaving cream I would have left it for them.The one which I got is a panasonic LED TV(32'') and is expensive and most of all it is needy thing to me. I really don't know how fond of you are about Mr.Mahesh and his service attitude.I spoke to him regarding this many times and he always bluffs about the information related to the gift.For you a gift worth Rs.35000 to Rs.40000 might be small but it is not the same with us.You don't know how these sa...les guys forced us to get the vehicle delivered by 1st june to get that gift.All the time they used to stress on the gift thing.If it is an useless thing for me i wouldn't have showed much interest to take the delivery that sooner.You might be rich enough to arrange 30% of the price as down payment in such a short span.But we are not and we really struggled a lot for that.We only knew the pain but not anyone. ''Hope you are from Corporate and you have shown your way, so the dealer might have neglected. '' Yes, I am a corporate and I didn't understood what exactly you wanted to convey here.Ten days ago when Mr.Mahesh called us and told that they have received my gift and asked us to collect the same from LB Nagar Showroom I travelled 50 kms all the way from bachupally.He doesn't have any minimum commonsense to attend me or atleast to greet me.He made me wait for 20 mins and later called into his cabin and asked the story since the beginning(which I told him several and which he is aware of). Later,he was about to handover me somebody else's gift.When I noticed and told him about that,he then checked the consignment copy with it and found it was somebody else's.This shows his utter irresponsibility and negligence towards the issue.I called him twice that I am coming to collect it and he said to come anytime during office hours and made me travel 100 kms in total which ruined my weekend.Eventhough he did this to me I am very much polite to him(since from the very beginning).He assured me that he'll resolve this within two days and call me which never happened.
