Headlights will not be upgraded beyond 65w as it is illegal. Any headlamps that are fitted beyond this wattage rating can only be done outside in some reliable shop. Also, any headlamp higher then 65w needs to be fitted with a relay kit else it will burn/melt your headlamp system with time. As far a...s i know the verna is not equipped with a relay system that will support headlamps more then 65w. Yes it will void your warranty if they cut or make any changes to the wiring system. So preferrably go to some reliable shop who has prior experience in doing this.Read More

I haven’t driven the new ikon so I cant really comment. The verna is a good handler if you can handle the torque in the corners. While it may not have as strong as a chassis as the fiesta, it more then makes up for it with the power it provides and easy handling. So far I have loved my car and face ...no complaints about the handling. Perhaps a verna with a tyre upgrade will satisfy you. Though opinions may vary from person to person depending on their driving styles. I’m not sure if the ikon and the verna are meant to compete with each other. You can probably compare it to a car like the tata indigo cs which are in the same price range.Read More

I see that you've had quite a bad experience. These things do happen. From what I know poor service is an issue that is faced not only by hyundai, but almost every single auto dealer in India. Some of the service stations are amazing, while others are terrible. You can approach a higher authority ...at the dealership itself, and take details of any other person that you can refer to directly, and send them an email or contact them directly. Claim proper compensation for all damages cause to your car, and the trouble caused to you as well. Also, since you have finished your 3rd service, i think its high time you found yourself another hyundai service station, cause your going to be paying for the service now anyway.Read More

UPDATE: I took the car down to HMP the other day tocheck the alignment. This was a major manufacturing defect in the older cars. They drove the car and claimed the original issue has been resolved and my car just has a wheel alignment prob that will be done during 1st service. The second i...Read more
