Yep! I think the technical team - the engineers who come home to fix are themselves who mess up with the connection as they are paid for per call! They are just plain ridiculous.. And now, the connection is down since day before night and we have been given various appointments - first it was 10AM y...esterday, then when we called back at 12 noon since no one showed up, we were told an engineer will fix it in next 4 hours - again no one showed up. Its about 12 again and no response from Tikona! They are just pathetic. I think with Tikona, its all good as long as it works fine.. if anything goes wrong (which it will since its technical), their service recovery sucks. Its terrible!Read More
