I forgot to mention that I bought the Honda City in Bhubaneswar. Odisha has got only one dealer for Honda cars and it is here in Bhubaneswar. There is only one service centre in Bhubaneswar and hence they don't care. I went for the 2nd free service recently and experienced the same callousness of no...t only the mechanics and service advisors but also the Head Manager. They are all unprofessional people and don't have the requisite knowledge about repairing. The ceiling noise still persists in my car. There are dual horns in the car but at times only a single horn blows. The mechanics in Bhubaneswar could not diagnose this. I also face difficulty in shifting gear from 3rd to 2nd. Sometimes it is very hard and I feel like it got stock in in the way while shifting gears from 3rd to 2nd. The Highway Honda service in Bhubaneswar could not repair this. So bad!Read More

I agree that the looks of Honda City has always been stunning. This was one of my top criteria when I bought this car. However, I am disappointed that the service is so bad in Bhubaneswar which may be because there is only one service centre here. Infact Odisha has only one Honda car dealer in the S...tate.
