Dear Ajith, it is strange that i have also experienced the same, exactly same, they are totally lacking in infrastructure to manage complaints, i have a job card submitted by their tech staff, if you have a look at it, you would say has this been filled up by class 1 student, it is just atrocious,... the card is without any number and after wards i realised that it is without any tech staff name and he has not signed the job card , and you the job card bears the name ot the company HCL INFINET LTD.Read More

Dear Dushie, thanx for the update, but would like to inform you, all the options listed by you have been exhausted by me, the dealer says, please dial a particular number, on dialing that number i am asked to dial another cell number which remains engaged for most of the time, once i was ale to get... through, they promised to send a man , but this has not happended for last 3 weeks, i am still waiting for the man to come. regarding web complaint, i have logged 4 compliants, and what ever they have suggested in the reply has been done by me, but without any success. The point is , the comoany of such size and stature and with a backing of ZEE, is not able not handle the error in the system. The initial advertisiement listed FILMAZIA (a pakistani movie channel ) as one of the subscribed channel, but i have been informend that thye have do not have the signal for this. regardsRead More
