I have not asked for upgrades.. infact, i asked them to remove an unwanted a-La-Carte package but they upgraded and removed other a-La-Carte packs which I wanted.. Worst part is they lie to me saying i used IVR to upgrade.. Fact is i never used IVR but I always spoke to executive to make change s...o that there will be voice recording as an evidense. They dont want to check that recorded conversation even if I ask because they will be causght :-( :-(Read More
