I am not sure if you used the service the right way , I was also facing some problems inatially but then when i got to know the system better it is a saviour for book lovers, I also thaught the same way about them claiming the no of books that they say they have so I visited there office at wadala a...ll the way from mulund and to my surprise I was in heaven (between all those books and the smell of the old paper and some good coffee bowled me over) , I had the opportuinity to meet one of the owners and was great to see him , the best part was to understand how it works and since then I have read almost 12 books per month from them without any kind of trouble .
