Do not buy Electrolux Washing Machines - pathetic service. I bought a 7 Kg Semi-automatic Electrolux washing Machine from Croma (after failure of THREE Whirlpool fully automatic machines - their electronic board fails after 2 years - Rs.4500/- for a new board). The product is smooth and performs wel...l, useful. But the plastic lid broke within one month, but one can manage without it. One year later the lid of the Spinner broke. Without the lid spinner won't work. Machine is useless. We Booked a service request thro Croma which they promptly took up with the Company. But Electrolux Service company does not bother. Almost 3 weeks are over - no solution. Croma people call me alternate days to checkup the status. Even a TATA company like Crome could not persuade the Electrolux 'American Super boss' move an inch.
