Flight mode is available in W700i and not in K750i. Check Ericsson site. Also W700i has 256MB inclusive. That is why it is around 1.5K costlier then K750i. Looks are also better than K750i I guess.

Nope there is no inflight mode. Pic Quality is quote good. Auto focus is not a big problem.... W810i has an auto focus. but the price is also higher :).
