Boss m not manager of this company....managers are always meant for doing politics and all those things ..i work for RIA team as a developer..and the team is very kool..ur managers are very supportive...if u have will to take ownership definetly there is way to go..almost evry old employeee in RIA t...eam has gone through visa processing..Manish Jhawar our technical head is really managing the team very well...and the products are getting delivered..offcourse there are some politics and all those things but if ur doing good then there is way to go....u cn tblame the company in one shot....i dont know abt other team...but offcurse RIA team is really good..n remember m not a manager..in this company...i am not saying u complete gratuity in this company but offcourse if ur getting opportunity to work with RIA team..dnt loose this offer....compensation depend on ur negotiation..RIA team is expanding...but yah appraisals are like u cnt expect 100% right...but u cn tok to ur managers..they will listen to it....dnt know abt other team...but RIA team is really doing good kool atmosphere and good work ethics...and wahtever losses company is facing in US..thats the condition of almost every US based company....company is hiring tat means they need people...n really...there is no hire n fire policy if ur really pathetic..then it happens in that case only rest its up to you..but RIA is sister concern of euronet...and its already in profit..they are expanding theirbusiness..Read More

Yes i must say i am working in euronet and being an employee of euronet and looking at the current scenario ..i will say this is the best company i have ever worked with. Specialy RIA team..which is now a part of euronet is doing good. The upper management listen to employee and very employee friend...ly. Much better company for girls...they got all the facilities.If you have willingness to learn and take responsiblities or take ownership. so guys please don't go on gossips..each and every companies has some drawbacks. But if ur performing there is alwasy a way to go. remember politics exist in every companu...learn to adapt nd njoy with this...:)Read More
