hello rishikant, nothing to worry about. every car nowadays have tubeless tyre. and removing puncture of tubeless tyre is quite easy. there is a small device which is there on nearly every petrol pump which does the job. for more info read - http://www.indiacar.com/infobank/tlt_repair.htm
