Even i had a similar experience.All the flights were delayed.and in one case where i was delayed for just 5 mims , i was not allowed to board the plane though i had no baggage to check in. The staff was very rude and ignorant as if i had done some crime. Felt like slapping him on the face ri...ght there.Read More
