Thanks Kishore, I do agree that some people have good experiences but that still doesn't still doesn't imply that there are no-holes in Flipkart's policy. A book is a small commodity and even if it is in a wreck position, it can be brought again but electronics cost much more and need to have a clea...r policy. Thanks again for writing though. Hey Kernel, Thanks for commenting. There are plenty of websites that let you check the product and then pay. However, my issue has not only been that. I am also a bit taken back on the confusion created by customer care team that first committed on the product but later couldn't get it delivered....
