How can warranty or extended warranty cover the accident damage? Did you buy insurance from Volkswagen?

This time I am not going to talk about ULIPs but MNYL in particular. Recently I wanted to switch my fund from super growth to a less risky fund. The only option to do that is to go to the branch office and fill a form. MNYL is still in the ice age when it comes to technology. It expects us to visit ...their pathetic branch office by skipping work. @Jinesh - U praise MNYL cos u work for it. Can you give me a better option to switch my fund?
