WORST TRAVEL AGENCY EVER in INDIA

I don't believe this! I wonder how some people actually go through such incidents and I always have a good enough experience booking on Travelguru and Yatra. I've never faced troubles till date and I totally rely on Travelguru for my hotel bookings.
