I am sorry to say that any company that thinks it is acceptable to take down their old site and make live a site that does not have even the basic functionality - e.g. ticketing system - is not a company that cares about customer service. 3 weeks to have something as simple as passing on an EPP ...code is completely ridiculous. I have used and continue to use hosting companies all over the planet and I have never even heard of this sort of thing happening. Read More
