I have contacted GM's customer care and had even written a mail to the senior staff. Customer care executive told me that someone will get in touch with me in next 24 Hrs and its more than 4 days now and nobody has bothered to contact me. I can see that there are many fans of GM. I have no inte...ntion of changing their views. I am just sharing what I have experienced and how a company like GM is taking its customers for granted. At least GM will never be in my options list whenever I decide to buy a new car in the future. Just to add here, before buying any car, one thing which is vital to consider is the after sales service and how convenient it is to get there. If I have to run from one dealer to another, it makes no sense to me and especially to get a part replaced in a 3 month old car (Imagine the kind of quality control this company has in place). For me, GM dealers & service stations are part of GM company. No company can wash their hands off by saying that we are not responsible for the quality of the service their delares are providing. GM company has to take the ownership of the success & the failure of their sales & service network. Read More

Suggestion for all those who are planning to buy chevrolet's car. GM will ensure that you cry for the service & parts replacement(even when your car is in warranty.
