there has been so much of correspondence on this blog itself and every single one expressing dissatisfaction and disappointment. Yet, you do NOT have the courtesy to have anyone give me a call to talk about this and reassure what you say, so that builds some confidence.
Today, I g...et a call from 100Bestbuy, letting me know that the phone that i ordered Ref.No. 27652139 is not in stock, hance they are sending me something else, by the time i could ask them more details on this 'replacement', they hang up. Now i cant call back the same number as all incoming calls are barred.. so i call your customer (don't) care on 080 - 67536400 and they have NO CLUE, they say OTHER department will do this.. i want to know what product they are sending me 'IF' they are.. NO ONE gives me any answer,
worse.. your supposedly 'service@100bestbuy.com' is anything BUT that.. sent them several emails.. NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE.
I look forward to someone who is accountable, in your company to call me and sort this, if you are indeed a genuine company.Read More

i get a reply from 100BestBuy - 'Dear Neeraj, We apologies for inconvenience happened from our side.As per the record ref no:27661854 the product is on process,we already dispatch the product through first flight courier'
they have the AUDACITY to LIE in a public forum like this !! nothing... is dispatched, no tracking number nothing.. just LIES.
worse is their customor care.. ever. I spoke to someone now by the name of Sunil Kumar.. he is unbelievable. I ask to speak to the manager, he says he cannot transfer and he hangs up, again I call and by luck I get Sunil Kumar again.. and this time.. same drill.. i wanted to speak to the manager.. he says 'sure' and then puts me on hold forever.. so i have no option but to hang up.. clever training by 100Bestbuy. I have made several online purchases on other sites and have had a decent experience. This purchase on 100bestbuy has been my worst ever, forcing me to rethink, if online shopping is safe. This company seems to be working like frauds.
