Hi, I AM USING REDIFF MAIL PRO AND HOSTING FOR CLOSE TO 4 YEARS. WE SHIFTED TO SOME US BASED SERVER FOR A FEW DAYS-- BUT IT WAS A HORROR.. Someone who has used a Local server (US based server) knows how horrible it turns out to be to sane just a few bucks- they end up loosing a lots of money ...in phone calls, harrasment due to non working mails/ spams/ virus/ mail delays/ virus in hostings etc.... You may have to even get your PCs formatted just to save a few bucks.... Is it really worth it.... People now- a -days want quality and they are willing to spend extra for that........ Any company with telephonic support would charge similar charges... Unless they do not want to provide any service at all... SO KEEP YOUR WORRIES ASIDE AND START USING QUALITY PRODUCTS....
