thanks for all the concern. we got our vehicle changes from them at last. this only goes to show that all is not well n transparent from reputed companies as well. even they can take customers for a ride.to make the things worse n more shady they tried to hide all the transaction details of the prev...ious car n literally forced us to sign a satisfaction letter which of course v did not. maybe they were fearing legal action from us as v had a totally genuine reason n theirs was a gone case.. i wonder who is going to be the next unfortunate buyer of that car coz they might again try selling it some other poor soul.. beware!1Read More

thanks vipinkrk for the info. v already talked to them ,,dealers as well as fiat. lodged multiple complaints. but tata motors seems to be living upto its reputation once again regarding sales and service..no response from their side. .after a really gruelling experience they are now willing to chang...e the vehicle..It has to be...will try out mangesh and see whats his take on the issue..Read More

they did actually try registering it but the board examines and checks the vehicle where the hanky panky was discovered..
