First ‘Free’ Service after 500 km: The dealer was very courteous and called up on mobile reminding me of the service. Also a very useful ready rekoner chart giving dates is also given for tracking services. The first service was completed satisfactorily. ‘Free’ service and warranty e...xcludes a large number of items such as: Normal maintenance operations, wear and tear of brakes, transmission, bushes, shimes, fastners, washers, oil seals, filters, grease, brake fluid, engine oil and total electrical parts. Warranty is not applicable for maintenance repair arising due to “bad road condition” , “adulteration of petrol” In fact the Owner’s manual lists a large number of reasons (14 in all) running into 4 pages for which warranty is not applicable. In other words these have to be Paid For. Mileage: During the first 500 km mileage is in the range of 50-55 km/l. Performance of the vehicle: The vehicle is smooth, gear ratios are well adjusted, vibrations are low. There is mild rocking axially when moving on undulating road stretches and pitching (like in Honda active or Kinetic Honda) immediately on moving over a steep hump or moving out of a pit even at very low speeds. Guess this is due to the single shock absorber at the rear in place of double shock absorbers. Though the single shock absorber gives very superior looks and ease of maintenance, whether it really replicates double shocks ? The stand touches the ground in both these situations. Guess it has something to do with ground clearance of main stand or vertical movement of main stand due to its springs. Read More

The bike does not have back gear lever which wears out/damages shoes while changing gears. Braking is good and horn is equally go...Read more
