Pl don't mislead people. this is a cheapo airlines and in all respects. And pl watch out the moment they can they will fleece you. they have launched different services to just match others but they don't know what is service. for instance they launch fast forward and take 200 bucks. the flight is f...rom Bangalore to Ahmedabad. reviews like this misled many. I think delivery on time needs no kudos. its part of the deal when they always take payment way before even confirming that they received their order.

Not customer care fault. its the business owners who are messing up as volumes grow. they have commitment only for their gains not customer care. It takes great courage effort and drive to deliver customer services. Flipkart is messing up. they better get their act together
