Not reliable vehicle.Clutch issue & Wheel jumping Suzuki Access 125
After heated arguments with supervisor and service manager ,I made a complaint at the regional manager level. Finally they fixed the issue both clutch and wheel jumping with free of cost.
I do regular service at authorised service centre and this is the 7th free service. Before service it was perfectly fine and after service while taking delivery I test drove and noticed this jerking issue. After my continuos visit to them for couple of days they disclosed that the clutch is damaged....They claim I have to pay for it ,which is ridiculous.Read More
