After timesinternet asked for my order no they just updated the status with one courier name and one track id. But it was really shocking that the track id is also fake.

Anyway if are related to indiatimesshopping chat service then i know you people are not authorized to say anything other than that my product will be shipped as soon as possible. If you are directly related to indiatimes then plea...se answer what is the reason for delay in shippment and what is the exact expected date of shipment. Another thing you have add remarks facility in case id segment but is it only for customers to show there dissapointment, why did not you keep updateing the status in that area. And please kindly stop that chat service it is really a useless system because your chat adviser are not authorized to say anything.
