Refurbished products with original warranty? Products that you can register with the manufacturing company with the unique product serial number? I don’t think so. I registered my Fujifilm Finepix s2950 that I purchased from LetsBuy with Fuji’s warranty site. Do you think that would have been possib...le if it was refurbished?
Delays are expected, but in cases like yours, arunkumar1985, where the product itself was not delivered, the best practice is to always, I mean always, videotape your package opening and send the video to the company if found faulty. What is wrong with you people? Don't you know how to shop online? or, don't you know what delays to expect in online shopping? It is not the same as going into a store to purchase stuff.
Fake review, eh? Indiaplaza delivered the imported book I ordered (660 Curries) from them as a gift for my wif...e on the day they promised to deliver it! Yesterday. Wouldn't you call it commitment to service?
Mouthshut is for people to present honest reviews - both negative and positive. Please don't come here trying to find only faults with products/services being reviewed.
As for me, I find Indiaplaza's service to be trustworthy enough to shop again.Read More
