The trobule continues....once again its the sloppy response of the Customer Care executives. I doubt why do they call themselves CC executives when they are least bothered for customer problems. Dude...these airlines are in a mad rush to conquer the sky....forgetting the basic premise that Customer Service is the priority. Wait & watch i'm sure this airline is for sure to be merged with some other carrier!
