I have read a lot of negative reviews in this forum about team bhp and its moderators, mostly by folks who have been refused memberships. My membership application too was rejected twice. I did not bother to re-apply after that. However, that does not mean team-bhp is a bad site. On the contrary...Read more

Dear Mr. Pathak, First of all, let me thank you for showing the courtesy of calling me on 13th evening. As already informed to you, I have absolutely no problem with the product being delivered by vendor. The real issue is pricing. The fact remains that futurebazaar.com adopted an unethica...l means of doing business by showing inflated MRP and then offering 5% discount to make the deal sweet whereas in reality I ended up paying Rs. 75/- more than the MRP. There is no question of vendor mentioning wrong MRP on their website as recently my friend has ordered the same item from vendor for MRP Rs. 399/- only including taxes and free shipping. Also let me tell you that no MRP is mentioned on the product or packaging. During our discussion, you had also aplogised and offered to send a token gift voucher to my e-mail. However, I have still not received the same. At that time, I thought it was a nice gesture from your side and you are genuinely concerned about your reputation but I now feel that you are not serious about it. Not that I care much about the voucher. Just to update you regarding the second item in my order, I received it on 13-March-2012 after a lot of follow up with Aramex courier. At one point of time, I was told by Aramex courier that my location is unserviceable and they cannot deliver the product. When I asked them why they accepted the shipment, they said that sender should check before despatching material !! After I wrote a complaint on their website, matter was resolved and I finally got delivery on 13-March-2012. This is in stark contrast to the pleasant experience I had with other on-line shopping sites like e-bay, snapdeal & adexmart where they selected Blue Dart courier who delivered the ordered products in just 2 to 3 days without a single follow up. I have been using a Santro Xing eRLX since December 2005. Santro proved to be an excellent first car. However, from mid-2010 onwards, I started feeling that I should consider upgrading to a bigger car as kids have grown up and needed more space. Also, we travel a good deal on highways(70%-75% of...Read more

On highways, my Santro has been giving 19 - 20 kmpl with A/C switched on intermittently, consistently, even before the first service. After the 3rd service, it has gone up to 21 kmpl. However, I get this only when I drive between 60 and 80 kmph in top gear. If I go above 80 kmph, the fuel efficiency... drops to around 18 kmpl.Read More

I am driving Santro XL since 13+ months. I have driven from Jamnagar to Mt. Abu (500+ kms) without facing any problems whatsoever. I have touched 140 kmph once but normally do not exceed 100 kmph. To get max fuel efficiency, keep your speed between 60 to 80 kmph. Wish you Happy & Safe driving

SE W810i has FM radio. Get your facts right. Do you really own this gadget or just trying your luck?

You have mentioned that SE 810i has a 3.2 MP, which is not correct. I bought a SE 810i few days back. It has a 2 MP camera like the Nokia N70.

I own a Hyundai Santro Xing eRLX since December 2005 and have clocked almost 6000 kms. Never faced any problem. Get a pretty good mileage of 13-13.5 kmpl in city and 17.5-18 kmpl on highway with AC on. Without AC, the mileage is higher by 1 kmpl. Resale value of Santro is higher than Wagon-R, at ...least in Gujarat. In fact, there are very few buyers for a used Wagon-R here. All MPFI cars (i.e. Euro-II or III) have an ECU. When something goes wrong with an ECU, you need to replace it whether it is Maruti or Hyundai. Cost of ECU of Wagon-R is almost same as Santro Xing. Roadside mechanics can easily repair carburettorised cars since this is an outdated technology which was used by Maruti till 2000 and involves mechanical fuel metering. Roadside mechanics are not familiar with MPFI technology since this works on electronics. Hyundai started in India with MPFI so it is obvious that roadside mechanics find it difficult to fix the Santro Xing. Hyundai does not have as vast a network of authorised service centres as Maruti. I feel this is the only minus point.Read More
