Never go for excitel services, it is basically a scam. I paid for 1 year subscription and never got a complete week of connectivity now it is 22 days without connection...attaching their application page as proof.....four years now just got to know I an paying more so always change providers ...Read more

I purchased IFB model NRW10 which is a commercial model for my resort, from the day it was purchased it never functioned a week without a problem and the technical team IFB sends has no idea of the machine working. This is when we are located in Goa and it is here they have their HO. I saw lot of cu...stomer facing same problem with IFB in India and would advice anyone going in for IFB products to consider them as use and throw equipment as after sales service for IFB sucks, even by Indian standards.Read More
